Today is the perfect day to be lazy. It’s Sunday. It’s cold and cloudy outside. So it’s just perfect to stay at home and have a good time. And to make your ‚Lazy Sunday’ even better I have an extremely tasty recipe for amazing fluffy waffles for you. The first in the history of Baking Avenue. 🙂
Because I received a waffle iron for belgian waffles as a gift from my sister and her boyfriend for Christmas. And today I finally found the time to test my new iron. For my first waffles I used a very simple recipe, whereby the waffles become fluffy and tasty. I found the recipe in Cynthia Barcomi’s Backbuch.
