[Ad] Bye, bye 2015 + snack for tonight!

There it is. The last day of this year. The last day of 2015. How fast time went by again! For me personally it was a year with ups and downs, like for nearly everyone of you I guess. But I can say that altogether it was a pretty good year for me. And I have some plans for 2016 which will (hopefully) make the next year phenomenal! But of course I’ll keep you updated. 🙂

And I want to thank you! Because of your support Baking Avenue exists more than two years! We grow slow, but steadily. 🙂 And this makes me incredibly happy. Especially because I wasn’t such a hardworking blogger this year. Of course I could say now that I will change this in the next year. But you never now what life holds for you and what can come in between! I say a big thank you to everyone of you who accompanied me on my way and who supported me and my blog. 🙂

And indeed I have a small recipe for you. The last recipe for 2015! Again it’s a recipe with the crisps of John & John! If you don’t know what the John & John thing is about, click HERE and you get the information for it. 🙂 Today it’s about sort No. 6: Mixed Roots! You have three different vegetable crisps in it. So I tried to make some vegetable crisps myself. Namely Zucchini Crisps! Ricky-tick they’re ready and you don’t need much. So there perfect as a last minute snack for your New Year’s Eve party tonight. 🙂

  1. • 2 zucchinis
  2. • olive oil
  3. • salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 100 °C/225 °F.
  2. Use your mandolin to slice the zucchini very thin. Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray or drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle them with salt and place them in the oven for 30-45 minutes. Keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.
  3. Let them cool and then you already can snack them!
